V0iD – Keep Fighting

Welsh classic rock band V0iD are back with their 3rd album Keep Fighting, after a period in which drummer Gary Doyle went through knee surgery, not knowing if he’d be able to drum again. During this time they were connecting with their fans – one from Wales battling against leukaemia whilst raising 25K for charity and another from Belgium who took inspiration from V0iD‘s music whilst overcoming brain cancer – hence the album’s title Keep Fighting.

The first single from the Let Me In is picking up radio play whilst the band are gigging around the UK, recently at The Great Escape festival in Brighton and upcoming dates at Camden Proud, Belgium’s Bosuilfeesteen and more.

What they’re saying about V0iD:

‘Get into V0iD, cos I have said it before and I will say it again. V0iD are one of the most talented bands we have in the UK’ – Malcolm Dome Classic Rock

‘Undeniably heartfelt and respectful in their re-imagination of classic sounds’ – Kerrang! Magazine

‘Classic rocks riff they seem to shrug out quite effortlessly’ – RockSound Magazine

‘A brilliant slab of modern rock with a classic twist’Independence Rocks

‘I looked at V0iD as a guilty pleasure at first, but I don’t care now. I REALLY like this band and I don’t care what anyone else thinks. Just give them a listen. They should be on the radio all over the place’ – AltSounds.com

‘Classy hard rock with choruses that stick like gum’ – Powerplay magazine

‘V0iD shown off a level of songwriting that this Welsh band should be proud of’ – Get Ready To Rock

‘As well as the abundant amount of catchy choruses, precious melodies and epic tunes, another feature V0iD possess is the immensely strong and endearing vocals of lead singer Wayne Doyle. They are lined with a subtle slickness that you can’t help but slide into’ – Room Thirteen

‘The singer could sing through a hurricane’ – John Ravenhall (record producer – Sting, Elton John, Paul McCartney)

The lads are playing the Castlefest UK Festival in the Gower this August and I for one am looking forward to seeing them there.
