Triaxis Heading Back to the Studio

Triaxis are delighted to announce that in October they will enter the studio to begin recording their third album. After months of writing and rehearsing, the band will spend much of the Autumn to complete the follow up to the critically acclaimed Rage and Retribution, released in 2012.

The band will initially utilise the considerable skills of renowned producer and engineer, Scott Atkins (Sylosis/Savage Messiah) of Grindstone Recording Studios in Suffolk, before handing the tracks over to James Stephenson of Stymphalian Productions to mix and master the album. The album will be released via Rocksector Records.

Drummer, Giles, said ‘This album has been in development for the last year or so and we are confident it’s our best material yet. Personally I can’t wait to work with Scott, who has produced albums for some of my favourite bands, as well as James who did an amazing job in making our last album sound killer’.

Triaxis will commence recording their new album on the 2nd of October. The as yet untitled album is scheduled for release in early Spring 2015 and the band are currently working with their management to plan an extensive tour around the release.

Triaxis are also able to announce that they will be teaming up with rapidly expanding crowdfunding site, Pledge Music to help fund the creation of the new album.

Rhythm Guitarist, CJ, explains. ‘We are committed to producing an album that fully represents us as a band and which is also of the quality that our incredible fans deserve. This all costs money, of course, and we’re hoping to emulate the success of so many other bands that have used the site as an effective way to help fund their new music.’

The Pledge Music campaign will be launched on September 1st with exclusive merchandise on offer for fans. More details will follow on September 1st.
